Step 1 – I would like to register my interest in a stall at the 2018 Moondyne Festival

Moondyne Festival – Sunday 6 May 2018

The Moondyne Festival is held every year on the first Sunday in May to celebrate the life and times of Moondyne Joe, WA’s infamous bushranger.  The Festival usually attracts an attendance of between 4,000 and 6,000 people, the majority of which are families. 

We invite you to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) in a Stall at the 2018 Moondyne Festival.

Step 2 – Acceptance

If your expression of interest is successful, we will notify you and forward an Entertainment Letter of Agreement via email.

New Entertainers, it is recommended that you browse our website to familiarise yourself with our great Festival and costumes.

ROAD CLOSURE: Times must be adhered to - (Your insurance is invalid in the case of a road accident during closure time).
LODGEMENT: Absolute Deadline for Return: 18 March 2018
BY-LAWS: All By-laws will be observed without exception. Contravention will exact expulsion from the Festival.
PHOTOGRAPHS: Please provide electronic photos of your wares that you are going to sell, and a link to your Website or Facebook if available.
PLEASE NOTE: Entertainers/Stall holders application without Insurance Currency Certificate (valid to at least 4.00pm, 6th May 2018), will not be accepted.
